Requirements and responsibilities
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment and wants to work on platforms like our Decision Engine, Loan Ledger, and Orchestrator. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of scalable web architecture and modern development practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full stack solutions using the MEAN stack.
- Work with business and product teams to define technical requirements and specifications.
- Build RESTful APIs and ensure their security and performance.
- Create responsive, accessible, and user-centric UIs using Angular.
- Optimize back-end services for scalability and resilience.
- Integrate with internal and third-party services (REST, SOAP, XML).
- Participate in DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Write unit and integration tests, and perform code reviews.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Expertise in: MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js.
- Solid command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP, and XML. Storybook
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and API security mechanisms.
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub, GitHub Actions, Docker.
- Familiar with AWS Aurora, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and MongoDB.
- Experience with Ubuntu, Nginx, and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Understanding of FastAPI, Flask, Spring, or Go is a plus.
- Comfortable with structured code organization (e.g., Yggdrasil folder structure) and modern state management (Zustand, Context API).
