HR Path México – a global consulting firm specializing in Human Resources and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) – is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Onboarding (ONB 1.0 and 2.0). If you have experience leading international implementations (especially in Canada and the U.S.), possess strong knowledge of recruiting and onboarding processes, and hold certifications in these modules – we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do: - As a key member of our team, you will implement and support the Recruiting Marketing, Recruiting Management, and Onboarding (1.0 and 2.0) modules across a variety of industries and countries. From solution design to user training, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering a seamless and effective talent acquisition experience. What We’re Looking For: - Certifications in RMK, RCM, ONB 1.0, and ONB 2.0. - Advanced English (written and spoken). - At least 5 years of experience implementing and supporting RMK, RCM, and ONB 1.0/2.0. - Solid understanding of SAP Activate methodology. - Experience with integrations (especially with Employee Central and DocuSign).
