Hi, everyone! I am a professional that loves his career, inclined and focused on Human Resources Management, Business Partner, and Attraction, Recruitment, Developement and Retention of talent, with knowledge in corporate, IT, administrative, medical and clinical laboratory, public relationships and mechatronic profiles, from operational to managerial levels. I currently serve as a Talent Counselor, providing specialized Human Resoruces and Personnel Management counseling services to multiple customers in mechatronics, public relations, and video game sectors at an international and bilingual level (Spanish and English), carrying out tasks focused on labor relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment 5.0, HRIS management, among others. Furthermore, I am currently pursuing a master's certification in Strategic Human Resource Management, with an expected completion date of 2026.
