Responsibilities:
• Lead and optimize email marketing and nurturing workflows (marketing automation via HubSpot).
• Support performance marketing initiatives and campaign tracking.
• Own marketing analytics and reporting, including performance insights and optimizations.
• Support and improve investor communications, including managing data and tracking key metrics.
• Update marketing decks and investor handouts.
• Assist with quarterly reports and IR-related outbound content.
• Plan and coordinate webinars, including behind-the-scenes execution and slide preparation.
• Oversee conference logistics: shipping, ordering, vendor coordination.
• Manage ongoing social media efforts.
Requirements:
• Experience in private real estate, financial services, or related sectors.
• Exposure to HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms (strong plus).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing strategies and AI tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and a high attention to detail.
• 4–6 years of experience in a fast-paced or highly regulated environment, ideally in private real estate or financial services.
