Job Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls daily to qualified business leads (provided by the company). • Introduce our printing services (flyers, business cards, banners, marketing materials). • Build and maintain client relationships through follow-ups. • Record activities, leads, and customer notes in CRM software (HubSpot). • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets. Requirements: • Fluent in Spanish and Conversational English. • 1+ year of sales, telemarketing, or call center experience preferred. • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. • Strong communication and persuasion skills. • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven. • Stable internet connection, computer, and headset. This remote job is base pay + 5% - 10% commission of closed order sales.
