We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who can help us expand our online presence, strengthen our brand reputation, and accelerate growth across all our divisions.Role OverviewAs the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll own our marketing strategy across multiple brands, manage digital advertising, oversee our website and social media presence, and implement campaigns that drive results. You’ll also work closely with leadership to align marketing with business goals and ensure consistent branding across the board.ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to grow The Archetype Strategy and its divisions.Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, collaborating closely with leadership.Social Media ManagementOversee and execute daily content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.Develop content calendars, grow engagement, and ensure consistent brand messaging.Website & SEOManage website updates, content strategy, and SEO optimization (WordPress or similar).Monitor website analytics, traffic, and conversions to drive continuous improvement.Online Reviews & ReputationDevelop processes to collect, monitor, and respond to Google Reviews and other platforms.Build a positive online reputation through consistent engagement and proactive management.Digital AdvertisingPlan and execute campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.Manage budgets, optimize performance, and report on ROI.Analytics & ReportingUse Google Analytics, social media insights, and ad platform metrics to analyze campaign performance.Provide regular reports with actionable recommendations for growth.Requirements5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B or service-based industries.Proven track record of helping companies grow revenue and brand presence significantly.Expertise in social media management, digital advertising, and SEO.Strong understanding of website management (WordPress or similar platforms).Experience managing online reputation and Google Reviews.Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent communication and project management skills.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.CompensationCompetitive pay based on experience and results.Flexible schedule — results-driven, not micromanaged.
