We are currently looking for ambitious Appointment Setters and Closers to join our growing team. This is a remote opportunity for individuals who are confident communicators, enjoy building relationships, and are driven by performance-based earnings. What You’ll Do: ✅ Engage with potential clients through social media, text, and direct outreach ✅ Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team ✅ Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication ✅ Closers will conduct sales calls and help prospects make informed decisions ✅ Track conversations and updates using CRM systems What We’re Looking For: ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn ✔ Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset ✔ Reliable internet connection and professional work ethic ✔ Previous sales experience is a plus but not required Compensation & Growth Opportunities • Appointment Setters earn $200 for every 3 qualified booked and attended sales call. • Closers earn 10% commission on closed deals. • Average deal size ranges from $3,000–$7,000. • 1-on-1 onboarding and weekly coaching sessions provided. • Clear advancement opportunities into Closer, Team Lead, and Sales Manager roles. • Fully remote position with a flexible schedule.
