About Us: - We are a growing U.S.-based swimming pool franchise looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused team member to support our customer service and scheduling operations remotely. About the Role: - This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, staying organized, and helping families get enrolled into swim programs. - You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, scheduling lessons, following up with leads, and helping guide students into the appropriate classes. Key Responsibilities: - Answer inbound customer calls professionally and confidently. - Make outbound calls to new leads and follow-ups. - Schedule swim lessons and trial classes. - Assist in enrolling students into the correct program level. - Provide excellent customer support and problem resolution. - Handle administrative and scheduling tasks. - Support light sales conversations and recommend services when appropriate. Requirements: - Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). - Friendly and professional phone presence. - Customer service or call center experience preferred. - Comfortable multitasking and making decisions independently. - Coachable, dependable, and detail-oriented. - Reliable internet connection. - Own laptop/computer and headset required.
