Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud technical tools, integrations, reporting, and extensions supporting Core HR, ORC, and Payroll modules.#Key Responsibilities:Develop and support HCM Cloud integrations using: HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).Build inbound/outbound integrations with third-party systems such as payroll vendors, benefits providers, and recruiting platforms.Develop custom reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI.Create and maintain technical design documents (TDD).Support data conversion and migration activities.Troubleshoot integration and data issues across HCM modules.Work closely with functional consultants and business users.Perform unit testing, SIT, and deployment support.Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud standards and best practices.
