Requirements and responsibilities


• Create a playbook of execution for closing new logo deals in conjunction with our global leadership that will drive results for business minded sales organizations. • Work with Liferay leadership to create a scalable, repeatable, and efficient process for attaining new revenue streams. • Review deals with first line managers and new business teams to create consistent messaging across the globe. • Develop individual results by providing coaching, deal review, resource planning, and procedure deployment for outcome improvement. • Design a program that targets new revenue and provides a repeatable process with a 3 year plan of execution using adult education methodologies. • Plan, Implement, and manage solution sale educational workshops that are either instructor led or virtual. • Project manage deployment of solution certifications. • Project manage creation of advanced sales playbook. • Setup a measurement protocol and key success metrics for leaders to make data driven decisions on needs, strengths, and weaknesses of the sales team that provides a feedback loop to marketing. • Trusted advisor to new business team and advocate for solution minded material that aligns with corporate strategy and company vision. • Develop career progression programs with sales leadership that, at its core, is designed to help the individuals grow and get better. • Consultative approach to drive consistent sales strategy on the global playing field.
