We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong Agile/Scrum experience to manage IT software development and enhancement projects. The candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from planning through implementation.Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.Work with Product Owners on business requirements, user stories, release scope, and priorities.Track project tasks, defects, and progress using Microsoft Azure DevOps.Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and project risks.Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders and management.Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and team impediments.Coordinate QA, testing, releases, and implementation activities.Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of project commitments.Required SkillsStrong experience in IT Project Management.Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and Waterfall methodologies.Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.Experience leading cross-functional software development teams.Strong knowledge of business requirements and user stories.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks, and project dependencies.PreferredPega experience.SAFe experience.PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar certification.Experience in utility, energy, or regulated industries.
