Responsibilities

Coders in LATAM One of our clients is currently looking for experienced programmers across Latin America to help train next-generation AI models. This is a remote freelance opportunity with flexible hours, ideal for developers interested in contributing to the development of advanced AI systems. Responsibilities: • Writing and answering computer science questions to help train AI models • Evaluating and classifying AI-generated code Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field • Experience contributing to production software codebases • Proficiency in Python, Java, Rust, Swift, JavaScript, or C++ • Strong written and spoken English Please do not apply if you already have (or had) an Outlier account, since the work will be performed in that platform. Compensation: Currently, pay rates for projects in LATAM average from USD $22 per hour to USD $32 per hour. Rates vary based on experience, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. Certain projects offer incentive payments.
