Key Responsibilities For ScaleHouse Talent (The Growth Engine): * The "Trojan Horse" Strategy: Help produce industry reports and interview market leaders to build high-level relationships. * Lead Magnet Deployment: Create and distribute high-value assets (Calculators, Scorecards) to capture leads from Founders and VPs. * LinkedIn ABM: Manage the Founder’s personal brand, engaging with prospects and managing automated outreach workflows. * Tech Stack Management: Maintain our Webflow site, optimizing the "Dual Funnel" (Client vs. Candidate paths).
