Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join our growing engineering team for the LATAM Market or LATAM Professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET Core development, Microservices architecture, and modern frontend frameworks such as React. This role involves building scalable enterprise applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core and C#. - Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures. - Collaborate with frontend teams to develop applications using React or modern JavaScript frameworks. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices and design principles. - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making. - Work closely with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and support teams to ensure smooth deployments and system reliability. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. - Document technical solutions, system architecture, and workflows. Required Skills & Experience: - 8 – 12+ years of experience developing software in enterprise environments. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core. - Strong experience with microservices architecture and RESTful services. - Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks. - Solid understanding of MS SQL Server or other relational databases. - Knowledge of multithreading and concurrent programming. - Strong understanding of design principles (SOLID, design patterns, cohesion/coupling). - Experience writing unit tests using xUnit/NUnit and following TDD practices. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and code refactoring practices. - Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. - Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) is a plus.
