Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter with 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, cold outreach, and sales qualification. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating qualified meetings for our sales team by engaging decision-makers across global markets.
This role is ideal for professionals experienced in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, CRM usage, and sales pipeline management, particularly in digital marketing, SaaS, AI solutions, or IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate qualified appointments
Identify and engage decision-makers such as founders, CMOs, and business leaders
Qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and business requirements
Schedule meetings for the sales team with high-quality prospects
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools
Follow structured outreach cadences and optimize messaging for better conversions
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness
Achieve weekly and monthly meeting booking targets
Research prospects and personalize communication for higher response rates
Maintain professional communication with international clients (US, UK, EU markets)
Required Skills & Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in Appointment Setting / Lead Generation / SDR / BDR
Proven track record in cold emailing, cold calling, or LinkedIn outreach
Experience targeting B2B clients
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to research companies and identify decision-makers
Understanding of digital marketing, AI solutions, SaaS, or IT services is a plus
Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused mindset
Preferred Experience
Experience working with international clients
Exposure to AI, Digital Marketing, SEO, SaaS, or IT services sales
Knowledge of sales funnel and outbound prospecting strategies
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
