Job Title: Project Manager – Oracle - Salesforce
Reports to: LATAM Vice President
Work Location/Travel: Remote within Colombia or on-site at client locations. Occasional travel (up to 15%) may be required for client engagements.
Job Summary
We’re looking for motivated and passionate professionals to become part of our expanding team in Colombia. In this role, you’ll collaborate with global talent on high-impact, innovative projects, help deliver customized solutions to clients, and contribute directly to Apex IT’s growing presence across Latin America. We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations, working closely with consulting teams and global stakeholders. This role requires hands-on experience leading Oracle, Salesforce, or CRM implementations; experience with either platform is essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple projects, global teams, and client-facing delivery in a consulting environment.
Essential Functions
Prepare and manage detailed project plans to ensure successful execution within defined time, cost, and resource constraints.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle CX, Salesforce, and CRM implementation projects, from initial design through production support.
Collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams to align on scope, timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
Manage client relationships by ensuring seamless operations and effective escalation management.
Work closely with the US team to align operational strategies, manage incidents, and share insights related to client relationships
Coordinate and support Agile project environments, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and continuous improvement activities.
Monitor project progress and task dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving risks or delays to maintain momentum.
Produce and present weekly project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Manage internal and external teams responsible for application design, development, testing, and ongoing support of Oracle-related initiatives.
Ensure systems meet defined business and technical requirements, oversee proper testing protocols, and monitor performance to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Apply structured problem-solving skills and adhere to established project management methodologies and organizational standards.
Prioritize and allocate resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects, supporting alignment with business priorities.
Contribute to internal process improvements, documentation, and the development of project templates and best practices.
Assist leadership and other departments with operational tasks or special initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach.
Engage in continuous learning by exploring new tools, technologies, and business processes to expand knowledge and increase project impact.

Hands-on experience delivering CX Oracle projects using various project management methodologies, with recent experience working in Agile environments.
Successfully managed the implementation and enhancement of Oracle CX applications in alignment with defined business requirements.
Skilled in defining business requirements, writing user stories, and contributing to detailed system and functional design efforts; integration experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including facilitation, stakeholder presentations, and negotiation.
Consulting Cloud Certification or relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Provide training and mentorship to technical staff to support their professional growth.
Participate in the recruitment process, including conducting interviews to assess candidates’ qualification.
Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and manage the workflow of project team members to ensure efficiency and quality.
Conduct performance evaluations, delivering timely and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and development.
Work Environment
The role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements. For remote work, employees are expected to maintain a professional and distraction-free workspace, including appropriate virtual backgrounds if needed. A reliable and high-speed internet connection is essential to ensure smooth communication and productivity.
