Requirements and responsibilities

We’re looking for a skilled and versatile developer to join our team and work on high-performance e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate has strong Magento 2 backend expertise and solid Next.js frontend experience, with a focus on scalability, performance, and clean architecture. 100% Remote, from Europe. Responsibilities. Backend (Magento 2). * Develop and maintain custom features, modules, and integrations. * Work with APIs, payment gateways, and external services. * Optimize performance, security, and backend architecture. * Handle MySQL, debugging, and code reviews. Frontend (Next.js). * Build modern, responsive interfaces using Next.js. * Integrate frontend with Magento 2 via REST or GraphQL. * Develop reusable components and ensure great UX, SEO, and performance. Must-Have Skills. * Strong experience in Magento 2 backend development. * Hands-on knowledge of Next.js and React. * Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML/CSS. * Experience with APIs, Git, and collaborative workflows. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have. * Experience with Varnish, Redis, Docker, CI/CD, or cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). * Knowledge of SEO and accessibility best practices. About the Role.
