Requirements and responsibilities

🧩 About the role We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with strong foundations in digital design and video editing to support client campaigns and brand execution. You’ll work closely with senior designers and strategists to adapt brands, produce high-quality assets, and ensure visual consistency across platforms. 🎯 What you’ll be doing - Adapt and apply existing brand guidelines across multiple digital formats - Design high-quality social media assets (organic & paid) - Create paid media assets that are clear, on-brand, and performance-ready - Design web banners for campaigns and promotions - Support video editing needs for social and digital platforms - Execute designs primarily using Figma and Adobe Suite - Collaborate closely with the design team, implementing feedback and iterating quickly - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables ✅ This job is for you if - 🎨 You have 1–2 years of experience (internships or freelance count) in a fast-paced or digital environment - 📚 You have a solid foundation in graphic design (formal education or hands-on experience) - 💻 You’re comfortable working with Figma and Adobe Suite - 🎥 You have basic to intermediate video editing experience - 📱 You’re confident designing for social media and paid ads - 📋 You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks - 🤝 You enjoy collaboration and are open to feedback - 🌱 You’re eager to learn and grow as a designer ✨ Bonus points if you - Have experience designing email assets - Have worked on print or in-store materials - Have basic motion graphics or animation experience
