Description:The Project Coordinator 1 (PC1) is responsible for onboarding new clients through the production phase of the Kukui All-In-One Success Platform and upgrading existing clients, including website redesigns and upgrades. The PC1 is a liaison between the sales team, clients, developers, designers, and the client success team. PC1s are expected to communicate with clients frequently to get their products launched and transferred to a Client Success Coordinator once the on-boarding is complete. While each product has a different plan for launch, it may include website design and development, POS (Point-Of-Sale) integration, initial setup of marketing campaigns, platform feature configurations, website launches through DNS changes, and initial training. PC1s are expected to get clients launched within optimal timelines and are required to provide excellent customer service, keep up-to-date with changing practices as the product continues to evolve, discuss best practices with their clients, and understand the market for individualized client needs. PC1s will constantly be learning and staying up to date with the changing market and trends. The PC1 role is a salaried position with a typical work week of 40 hours, but operational needs may dictate work may occasionally exceed 40 hours, with some flexibility to align to serve our clients across time zones.Responsibilities & Duties:Leading the onboarding of new clients to the KUKUI platform.Lead the design process of a website by working with the design team and clients to ensure website designs meets client’s needs according to purchased product and delivered on time.Implements projects by monitoring internal progress; tracking action items, conducting design consultations, collecting client deliverables, resolving bottlenecks, upholding stakeholder communication standards, and coordinating overall project requirements to completion.Serve as liaison between project coordinators and the sales team, clients, developers, designers, and client success.Launch client websites and CRM by activating systems prior to transferring to client success..Follow milestones and strive to collect deliverables on time.Provide excellent customer service to our clients by providing clear expectations, communication, consultative advice and working efficiently.Stay up-to-date with changing procedures, practices, and products as we continue to evolve.Advise clients of best marketing practices to maximize their ROI.Understand the industry and individualized needs of the client.Work responsibly by meeting critical client and company timelines.Troubleshoot problems with development, integration, and go-live.Track all client communication and project status in Salesforce.Ensure the launch team and manager is informed of project statuses.Qualifications & Skills:EXCELLENT customer service skills.Project Management & Coordination.Experience communicating with clients in a variety of ways.Familiar with best practices for best user experience and conversion-producing website designs.Knowledge about the development and design of online sites.Ability to manage many different projects and meet deadlines consistently.Superb leadership, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc).Willing and eager to learn.Nice to Have:Some or all of the following:Basic HTML and/or CSS,Email & Domain Setup (DNS),Web User Experience Design,Experience with Design Software (Photoshop, XD, Figma, Sketch, etc),SEM (Google Ads/Bing) Certification,Marketing campaign setup (emails, texts, etc)Web Analytics,Content writing and SEOMarketing ExpertiseWorking Experience:1-3 years project management experience1-2 Website design experience/website project managementEducation:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.Compensation:Competitive Base SalaryBonus plan aligned to exceeding launch goals (time and quality)Flexible Work Schedule4 Weeks Paid Time Off7 Days Paid Sick Time1 Birthday Day Annually1 Floating Holiday7 Paid Holidays + Annual Holiday BreakAnnual Anniversary Bonus401kFamily, Medical & Bereavement LeaveEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Work-Life Wellness ProgramRemote Employee Reimbursement ProgramHealth, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and DisabilityKukui Active (50% paid gym membership up to $100)Team Building EventsLinkedIn Learning PartnerEmployee Referral Bonus
