We need a specialist who can help us with: -Creating high-quality Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok-style videos, and YouTube Shorts. -Creating Facebook and Instagram ad creatives for lead generation campaigns. -Editing educational real estate finance videos into short, engaging, professional content. -Adding strong hooks, captions, subtitles, motion graphics, b-roll, transitions, thumbnails, and clear calls to action. -Turning complex finance topics into simple, engaging, easy-to-understand content. -Creating multiple creative variations for testing different hooks, headlines, captions, visuals, thumbnails, and calls to action. -Helping us improve social media KPIs, including follower growth, engagement, reach, video views, watch time, clicks, leads, and cost per lead. -Creating content that feels professional, trustworthy, educational, and strong enough for a New York finance company. Project Goals The main goals of this project are: -Increase the quality of our short-form video content. -Create reels that stop the scroll and educate real estate investors. -Create Facebook and Instagram ads that generate qualified leads. -Improve our social media presence and brand authority. -Increase followers and engagement across our social media channels. -Build trust with real estate investors through educational content. -Test different creative angles to identify what produces the best results. -Create a repeatable system for producing strong cont-ent every week. First 30-Day Deliverables For the first 30 days, we are looking for: 12 short-form reels/videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. 8 Facebook/Instagram ad creatives (These may include video ads, static ads, or motion graphic ads.) 12 caption drafts ( Short social media captions with clear calls to action.) 12 hook variations Strong opening lines for reels and ads. 4 thumbnail or cover image designs for reels or video posts. 2 creative testing concepts per week, different hooks, angles, or formats to test. 1 end-of-month creative review (a simple report explaining what content should be continued, improved, or tested next.) 60-Day Extension If the first 30 days go well, we want to extend the project for another 60 days. During the extension, the freelancer may help us produce: 24 additional reels/videos. 16 additional Facebook/Instagram ad creatives. 24 additional captions. 24 additional hook variations. 8 additional thumbnails or reel covers. Weekly creative testing recommendations. Monthly creative performance reports. New ad angles based on performance. Improved creative templates for ongoing production. The goal of the extension is to create a consistent social media and advertising engine that helps us grow followers, build authority, and generate qualified leads. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: -Has strong experience creating reels, short-form videos, and Meta/Facebook ad creatives. -Understands how to create content that stops the scroll. -Knows how to use hooks, pacing, captions, b-roll, graphics, and calls to action. -Can make finance, mortgage, and real estate topics feel simple and interesting. -Can create professional content for a serious financial services brand. -Understands the difference between content that looks good and content that generates leads. -Has experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, or lead generation campaigns. -Can work independently and bring creative ideas to the table. -Can create multiple creative variations for testing. -Can communicate clearly and deliver on time. -Experience with real estate, mortgage, lending, investing, business, or financial education is a big plus. -Spanish/English bilingual ability is also a plus, but not required.
