YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IMPACT
Own client communication — Be the bridge between attorneys and clients, ensuring smooth, professional communication and follow-through.
Keep legal operations moving — Manage scheduling, filing, document organization, and critical administrative workflows.
Power trial preparation — Organize evidence, prepare case materials, and support attorneys as cases move toward hearings and trial.
Drive legal research — Conduct case law and legal research that supports ongoing matters and strengthens case strategy.
Master document management — Maintain highly organized legal files and ensure everything is accurate, accessible, and deadline-ready.
YOU’RE THE ONE IF YOU HAVE...
Full professional fluency in English AND Spanish — written and verbal, no exceptions.
Real experience in legal support, legal assistant work, or professional legal services.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High proficiency with document management systems and legal research tools.
The ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
The discipline to thrive independently in a fully remote environment.
Bonus: familiarity with U.S. legal processes and legal software platforms.
