Join NETGEAR’s Enterprise Support team and help deliver world-class technical support for business networking customers across the globe.We're looking for a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer who is passionate about networking, troubleshooting, and customer success.What you'll do:Provide technical support for NETGEAR switches, wireless access points, routers, NAS, NETGEAR Insight, and Exium solutionsTroubleshoot wired and wireless networking issues using structured problem-solving methodologiesManage and resolve support tickets within defined SLA targetsCollaborate with L3 engineers on complex escalationsDeliver clear, empathetic, customer-first technical support experiences📍 LocationRemote role based in South Korea.
