LA-based Account Execs - this one's for you.The Inventory is partnering with You&Them to place a Senior Account Manager for one of their social-first agency clients. One seat, LA-based. Remote.You understand that account management is a business function, not a service function. You know the creative process well enough to guide people through it - not just track it. You understand the brief, know where the pressure points are at every milestone, and you're the one who creates the conversations that keep things moving. You can facilitate a pressure test, shepherd post-production, and know enough about the craft to actually help the team plan - not just manage around them.Beyond that:5–7 years of agency-side account experienceSocial media depth- paid, organic, influencerRemote, backed by NYC and London officesConfident and direct.
