Manager, Fund Accounting – Private Equity - Securitize at Securitize Fund Services

Securitize Fund Services is expanding its Fund Accounting team and is seeking a Manager to support private equity and alternative investment clients. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Private Equity Client Services with focus on technical expertise, communication, accuracy and timeliness.Hands-on exposure to crypto, digital assets and traditional PE structures.ResponsibilitiesLead client engagements and manage portfolio of relationships.Create work plans and monitor team progress.Coach and lead fund accounting team.Manage complex engagements and deliverables.Prepare/review closings, investor fees, allocations and financial statements.Handle audit process and review fund documents.Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.RequirementsBachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting.Minimum 3 years managing accountants.Advanced U.S. GAAP knowledge.Preferred experience with Private Equity fund administration or auditing.Ideal: 5+ years in public accounting or fund administration.Perks & BenefitsFlexible Paid Time Off.Equity Grant Opportunities.Remote Work Flexibility.US benefits: Insurance Coverage and 401(k) Plan.
