About the jobOur client company is a one-stop shop for real estate private equity combining legal, title, and investment expertise to close over $1B in deals annually.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals. Build and maintain models to forecast growth, cash flow, and profitability.Investor Relations & Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to investors. Communicate key insights, milestones, and financial performance with clarity and credibility.Fundraising Support: Collaborate with the executive team to support capital raising activities, including pitch decks, due diligence, financial modeling, and investor Q&A.Accounting & Compliance: Oversee bookkeeping, financial statements, audits, and tax compliance.
