The TA Specialist will support all talent acquisition functions for all of the operating companies across the US.Job Requirements:Manage all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process for the organization, including recruiting, interviewing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.Coordinate and distribute resumes to managers for review, schedule interviews and track status, warrant timely candidate feedback from hiring managers.Build a pipeline to meet the talent needs of the organization, including but not limited to outreach to potential active and passive candidates via multiple sources.Partner with hiring managers at different business units on regular basis to understand current talent gaps, organizational changes and quickly adjust recruiting plans to prioritize business needs accordingly.Establish credibility with the business as a trusted advisor who provides expert advice relative to the integration of talent acquisition processes, programs and practices to drive efficiency and increase productivity of the TA function.Education, Experience, and Qualifications:5-7 years of experience in recruitingKnowledge of labor lawsExperience with the use of applicant tracking softwareKnowledge of social media and professional networksAble to communicate effectively, both verbally and writtenAbility to prioritize and manage time efficientlyCompensation and Benefits: Salary range is $60,000 - $65,000 (DOE)Premium Health Coverage, Minus the Cost: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental insurance with minimal out-of-pocket employee premiums.Time to Recharge: Enjoy a generous 18 days of PTO from year one, plus 9 paid holidays to ensure you stay refreshed.Invested in Your Future: Secure your tomorrow with our 401(k) plan, featuring a competitive company match to help your savings grow faster.We look forward to you joining the team!
