Requirements and responsibilities

I'm #hiring an Android/Kotlin developer at This Dot Labs to expand and improve automated test coverage for an existing Android application.The codebase already uses #JUnit4, #MockK, #Robolectric, OkHttp MockWebServer, AndroidX Room testing, #Espresso, UI Automator, #AndroidX Test Orchestrator, and #Jetpack Compose UI test APIs.Fully remote with ability to work within US time zones. We are not considering APAC candidates for this hiring round.Requirements:Strong experience with #Kotlin and modern #Android development.Experience writing unit, integration, and UI tests for Android applications.Familiarity with mocking frameworks, network stubbing, and Android instrumentation testing.Self-managing and able to independently identify testing gaps and improve overall coverage.Nice to haves:Experience contributing to large open-source Android applications.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation workflows.
