Requirements and responsibilities

Space Crew Finance is an international fintech group operating micro-lending businesses across Mexico, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, and the EU market. We are currently launching and scaling a new project in Colombia, and are looking for a strong on-the-ground operational profile based in Bogotá who is ready to grow with the business. This is a key junior role that will play an important part in building and launching our operational activities in the country. You will provide direct support to the operations team, help streamline processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the business. This position offers excellent growth opportunities — as the team expands, there is a clear path for the right candidate to grow into a leadership role. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support: manage calendars, schedule meetings and calls, prepare reports, and handle documentation. Coordinate operational processes: track daily tasks, monitor deadlines, and facilitate communication between departments. Communicate with local and international partners, suppliers, and clients in both Spanish and English. Maintain and update data in CRM systems, databases, Excel/Google Sheets. Actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for information search, data analysis, and report preparation. Support the launch and continuous improvement of operational workflows. Requirements 1–2+ years of experience in a similar role (Operations Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, or equivalent). Higher education (preferably in Business Administration, Law, Communications, or related fields). Strong command of English (B1 minimum) and Spanish for professional communication. Proven ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Notion AI, Copilot, etc.) for daily tasks — this is mandatory. Excellent command of Google Sheets / Excel and general tech-savviness. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Personal Qualities We Value Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a multitasking environment. Proactivity — you spot problems early and suggest solutions. High attention to detail, especially when working with data and documents. Excellent communication skills and team-player attitude. What We Offer Opportunity to be part of launching an international business from the ground up. Direct collaboration with founders and senior management. High level of responsibility and real influence on decision-making. Long-term growth and development within the group. If you are a detail-oriented professional who enjoys building processes and wants to grow with a developing company, we would love to hear from you!
