We give growing companies the people they need to scale, at a fraction of the cost of a local hire. We are looking for one motivated, bilingual sales representative to bring this mission to the streets of Miami-Dade. You will walk into businesses, speak to owners, and close real deals that directly impact your income. The Role: What you will do every day. - B2B Field Outreach. Visit businesses daily across Doral, Hialeah, Coral Gables, Brickell, and beyond. Meet owners. Start conversations. - The Pitch. Explain the value of nearshoring in English and Spanish — showing owners how to reduce overhead without reducing output. - Lead Generation. Qualify prospects, collect contact data, and schedule follow-up meetings with our account team. - Territory Management. Plan daily routes strategically to maximize outreach across your assigned Miami-Dade zone. - Pipeline Tracking. Log activity in CRM, join weekly deal reviews, and sharpen your skills with direct coaching. Requirements: Who we are looking for. - Education. High School Diploma required. Business, Marketing, or Communications students and recent graduates strongly encouraged. - Language. Native or professional fluency in English and Spanish. Non-negotiable — Miami's business community is bilingual. - Logistics. Miami-Dade resident with a valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle. - Mindset. Naturally curious about people. Comfortable starting conversations with strangers. Motivated by outcomes, not effort alone. - Resilience. You handle rejection well. Every 'no' sharpens you — it does not stop you.
