VIRTUAL ASSISTANT + OUTREACH COORDINATOR: Arrow Homes | Storm Shield Program. ABOUT THE ROLE: Arrow Homes is looking for a high-output Virtual Assistant + Outreach Coordinator to help generate commercial roofing opportunities and support nationwide outreach efforts tied to the Storm Shield program. This is not a passive administrative role. This position is built around execution, communication, follow-up, and pipeline movement. Your primary responsibility is helping create qualified inspection opportunities through outbound outreach, relationship follow-up, scheduling, CRM organization, and operational support. You will communicate directly with churches, commercial property owners, facility managers, and decision-makers across multiple markets. The right person will help create momentum consistently. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Outbound Outreach & Appointment Setting: - Make outbound cold calls daily to churches, schools, commercial property owners, and facility managers. - Introduce Arrow Homes and the Storm Shield program professionally. - Schedule qualified inspections for the sales team. - Follow up persistently with warm leads and previous conversations. - Revive stalled opportunities through structured follow-up. - Maintain detailed call notes and next steps inside the CRM. Inspection Coordination: - Coordinate inspection scheduling and confirmations. - Manage appointment reminders and follow-up communication. - Help ensure inspections actually occur and do not fall through. - Organize reports, CompanyCam links, and customer communication. CRM & Pipeline Management: - Maintain accurate CRM records daily. - Update lead statuses, notes, reminders, and follow-up tasks. - Keep opportunities organized and moving forward. - Track communication history and action items. Operational Support: - Assist with outreach campaigns related to storms, conferences, and referrals. - Coordinate travel logistics and scheduling support when needed. - Monitor emails and identify important opportunities requiring response. - Help organize internal workflows and communication. - Identify bottlenecks or gaps slowing down follow-up or execution. REQUIREMENTS: Must-Have Skills: - Strong spoken and written English. - Comfortable making outbound cold calls daily. - Strong communication skills with business owners and church leadership. - Highly organized with strong follow-through. - Ability to work independently without constant supervision. - Comfortable handling multiple moving priorities. - Reliable internet connection and work environment. Preferred Experience: - Cold calling or appointment setting. - Sales support or lead generation. - CRM management. - Virtual Assistant or operations support. - Experience working with U.S.-based companies.
