Partnering with our energetic Sales team, you’ll focus on developing new opportunities within school districts for our cutting-edge Reflectivity and Mirror productsWhat You’ll Do:Generate new prospects and nurture existing prospects through outbound phone calls and emails to meet daily and weekly targetsExecute outbound campaigns regularly developed on your own or in collaboration with account managers and managementMeet weekly call requirementsAchieve weekly sales goals by setting qualified meetings for the sales teamProvide enough information from your qualification call to make the meeting a successRegularly participate in team meetings and professional development opportunitiesFollow up with and qualify inbound leads in a timely mannerOther duties as assignedWhat You’ll Have:1+ years of sales development/sales experienceBachelor’s degreePrevious K-12 teaching experienceExperience in education industry (K-12 & higher ed), SaaS preferredExcellent phone, written and verbal skillsWell organized with efficient time management skillsEager to collaborateMaintain a positive attitude and commitment to exceed sales objectivesWho you are:Interest and experience in phone and email prospectingBuild rapport quickly through asking great questions and active listeningAbility to initiate a conversation, communicate value and handle objectionsSelf-motivated, driven to succeedSelf-starter with the ability to work and manage time in a fast-paced, virtual environmentOutstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skillsHigh degree of responsiveness and integrityNice To Haves:Previous experience selling SaaS or Educational servicesLead Development or Sales Development experience preferredThis position is compensated by the base salary and commission.Swivl is an equal opportunity employer.
