About the Role: - We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Architect to lead the design, orchestration, and acceleration of complex integrations across enterprise platforms and external partner ecosystems. - This is a high-visibility role supporting strategic business initiatives and driving secure, scalable, and seamless integration solutions. - The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), enterprise integration architecture, and partner onboarding while successfully navigating enterprise governance, security, and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities: Identity & SSO Integration Leadership: - Architect and implement secure Single Sign-On (SSO) and federated identity solutions. - Design and deploy SAML, OIDC, and enterprise IAM integrations utilizing PingFederate and related technologies. - Ensure seamless, secure user access across multiple enterprise and partner platforms. Enterprise Integration Architecture: - Design and lead integration strategies across internal and external systems. - Define scalable integration patterns, APIs, and data exchange models. - Drive architecture decisions that support long-term business objectives and technology modernization. Data Integration & Exchange: - Architect secure data exchange solutions involving VIN data, vehicle inventory, order tracking, and upfit and partner data. - Ensure compliance with enterprise data standards, privacy regulations, and PII handling requirements. External Partner Onboarding: - Lead technical onboarding efforts for SaaS and third-party partners. - Collaborate with partner engineering teams to validate architecture, security, and compliance requirements. - Drive successful completion of technical reviews and onboarding milestones. Security, Governance & Compliance: - Navigate and accelerate security assessments, privacy reviews, architecture governance approvals, and IT Gate reviews. - Balance rapid delivery with enterprise security and compliance requirements. Technical Leadership & Delivery: - Serve as a senior technical advisor across cross-functional teams. - Identify and eliminate technical and organizational blockers. - Collaborate with infrastructure, security, IAM, and application teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Escalate critical issues when necessary to maintain project timelines. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Integration Architecture, or Solution Architecture roles. - Strong expertise in SAML, OAuth/OIDC, Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and PingFederate or similar IAM platforms. - Experience designing enterprise integration solutions and API-driven architectures. - Strong understanding of security, privacy, governance, and compliance frameworks. - Experience working with external vendors, SaaS platforms, and partner integrations. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with DealerCONNECT or dealer ecosystem integrations. - Automotive industry experience. - Experience with enterprise cloud platforms and modern integration technologies. - Knowledge of data governance and enterprise data management practices.
