VP, U.S. Sales | Business Development We are seeking a highly driven VP, U.S. Sales to lead and accelerate the U.S. commercial growth of an established international manufacturing group. This is a hands-on, growth-focused leadership role, with approximately 80% of the focus on new business development. The ideal candidate is a true hunter—someone who can open new accounts, build a strong pipeline, develop strategic relationships, negotiate complex B2B opportunities, and close profitable business. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the U.S. commercial strategy. Identify and penetrate new markets, customer segments, and strategic accounts. Build and maintain a strong, qualified B2B sales pipeline. Develop relationships with key decision-makers across target accounts. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, proposals, and closing. Grow strategic accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities. Balance revenue growth with margins, logistics, service requirements, and long-term customer profitability. Provide market intelligence and pipeline visibility to senior leadership. Ideal Profile 7–10+ years of B2B sales and business development experience. Proven track record of opening new accounts and generating business in the U.S. market. Strong hunter mentality, entrepreneurial drive, and closing capabilities. Experience in technical/consultative sales and complex B2B negotiations. Strong understanding of the U.S. business environment and commercial culture. Experience in printing, graphic arts, packaging, paper, or related industries is a plus, but not required. Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. Professional fluency in English. Willingness to travel frequently. U.S. work authorization required. Preferably based in Texas. Relocation assistance is not available. Compensation & Location 💰 Base Salary: USD $100K–$120K annually + bonus 🏠 Remote – U.S. based 📍 Texas preferred ✈️ Frequent travel required 📄 Full-time, permanent position This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the U.S. commercial growth strategy, with significant autonomy, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to expand the company's presence across the U.S. market.
