Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project Hazard Logs and Control Measure Registers using ComplyPro or equivalent tools.Conduct HAZID, FMEA/FMECA, Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA), System Hazard Analysis (SHA), and Sub-System Hazard Analysis (SSHA).Prepare RAMS Plans, RAMS Reports, Safety Cases, Safety Justifications, and ALARP/SFAIRP safety arguments.Perform Reliability and Availability Modelling using Isograph Reliability Workbench or equivalent tools.Ensure traceability between hazards, safety requirements, verification evidence, and control measures.Coordinate with Independent Safety Assessors (ISA/C-ISA) and support regulatory approval activities.Support design reviews, maintenance planning, technical audits, and project RAMS reporting.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.3–7 years of RAMS engineering experience on railway or other safety-critical infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129.Hands-on experience with ComplyPro, IBM DOORS, or equivalent safety/requirements management tools.Experience in HAZID, FMEA/FMECA, Risk Assessment, Hazard Management, ALARP/SFAIRP, and Safety Case development.Experience using Isograph Reliability Workbench or similar reliability modelling tools.Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder management skills.PreferredExperience on Etihad Rail or other GCC railway projects.Knowledge of ROGS, CSM-RA, MIL-STD-882, DEF STAN 00-056, and Goal Structuring Notation (GSN).QuestWorkx is hiring an experienced RAMS Engineer to support a major railway infrastructure project.
