Akurateco is a cutting-edge white-label payment software provider with 15+ years of hands-on experience in the payment industry. We provide fully-brandable and easily customizable payment software to our clients. Our team is looking for a Sales Manager developing our strategy for the LATAM market. Responsibilities: - Sell Akurateco products and services on local and international markets, with a strategic focus on Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Uruguay, and Paraguay; - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers in order to develop new businesses in the LATAM region; - Independently execute and manage end-to-end cold outreach campaigns to identify and engage potential partners; - Actively participate in international conferences and industry events with the primary goal of lead generation and high-level networking; - Maintain a healthy sales funnel (pipeline maintenance), ensuring consistent movement of leads through all stages of the sales cycle; - Monitor customer preferences and analyze market trends to determine the focus of sales efforts and identify new industries for Akurateco; - Participate in sales process development and contribute to constant improvement of the company’s commercial strategy. Requirements: - Strong B2B sales background in payment processing, FinTech, or SaaS; - Proven track record of independent outreach management and the ability to build a sales flow from scratch; - Practical experience in representing companies at international conferences, with measurable results in networking and lead acquisition; - Highly ambitious, self-driven, and independent professional who thrives in a results-oriented environment; - Ability to quickly enter various business and tech communities to generate high-quality leads; - Higher Education in Economics, Marketing, or other business-related fields (considered an advantage); - An existing relevant business network in the payments or FinTech industry will be a significant advantage; Language Proficiency: - Spanish: Fluent or Native speaker (essential for the LATAM market). - English: Fluent (excellent written and verbal communication skills). - Portuguese: Will be considered a strong advantage.
