We're hiring a Recruiter to work active client accounts — sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment workflow end to end. Responsibilities: - Source candidates for active client accounts across LatAm talent pools - Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate qualification - Manage the recruitment workflow from sourcing through shortlist and handoff - Maintain candidate pipeline and status tracking - Coordinate with account stakeholders on role requirements and fit - Apply fair, merit-based screening (no protected-characteristic filtering) Requirements: - Prior recruiting or talent sourcing experience (agency or in-house) - Strong English communication; bilingual Spanish/English a plus - Familiarity with sourcing platforms (Torre, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) - Organized, able to manage multiple concurrent searches/accounts Nice to have: experience recruiting for BPO/staffing/outsourcing clients; ATS experience (Torre, Greenhouse, Bullhorn). Location: Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, or Peru. Remote, full-time. Compensation: TBD based on experience.
