Requirements and responsibilities

ResponsibilitiesProvide production support for o9 Solutions applications and planning modules.Monitor scheduled jobs, workflows, solvers, interfaces, and data loads.Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, system errors, and performance issues.Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.Support planning configurations, workflows, procedures, reports, UI components, and action buttons.Optimize solver performance and application processing.Work with business and technical teams to analyze issues and refine support requirements.Manage incident tickets and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.Coordinate with o9 product support and other teams for critical issues.Prepare technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge-base articles.Support system releases, patches, enhancements, and post-deployment validation.Required Experience9+ years of experience in supply chain applications.3+ years of hands-on experience supporting o9 Solutions in production.Experience with o9 planning configurations, workflows, procedures, reports, UI, action buttons, and solver tuning.Strong experience troubleshooting data, integration, performance, and production issues.Experience with incident management, root-cause analysis, and SLA-based support.Ability to handle critical production issues independently.PreferredExperience supporting o9 implementations in a consulting environment.Knowledge of supply chain planning processes and integrations.o9 Solutions certification.
