We're recruiting Board Members — NoAccess4Disability (NA4D)NoAccess4Disability is a mission-driven organization advancing accessibility, inclusion, and equitable opportunity for people with disabilities. We work to identify and remove barriers — digital, physical, and social — through advocacy, education, and strategic partnerships across sectors.We're looking for Board Members to join our remote-first team and help guide our next chapter of growth and impact.What you'll do:As a volunteer board member, you'll provide strategic oversight and governance — reviewing organizational updates, joining virtual board and committee meetings, and shaping decisions on programs, budget, and policy.You'll work alongside fellow board members and leadership to set priorities, assess risk and opportunity, and help ensure NA4D operates with integrity and accountability.There's also room to support fundraising and partnerships by lending your network and voice.🔹 A genuine commitment to disability rights and inclusive practice🔹 Governance, nonprofit leadership, or strategic planning experience🔹 Background in advocacy, public policy, community organizing, or social impact (a plus)🔹 Comfort with budgets, reports, and financial oversight🔹 Strong, respectful communication in a remote, collaborative environment🔹 Ability to commit consistent time to meetings and prep🔹 Lived experience with disability — personal, caregiving, or community-based is a plus, not a requirementIf you're ready to bring your expertise to a growing organization doing real work on accessibility and inclusion, we'd love to hear from you.📩 info@noaccess4disability.com
