MAGENTA is supporting the launch of a new digital product in the KSA market, applying behavioural science to a defined business problem.To deliver this initiative, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Consultant (Behavioural Science) to carry the applied behavioural work end-to-end – diagnosing the underlying problem, designing interventions, and proving measured results with sound method, from discovery and an early pilot through to build and a scaled proof.📍 Location: Remote, with periodic travel to Riyadh, KSA for workshops, fieldwork, and key project activities. Additional international travel may be required (approximately 30% of the assignment).We’re looking for candidates with:Applied behavioral science. A background in behavioral science, behavioral economics, or psychology, with hands-on experience designing and running real-world interventions. Comfortable putting established diagnostic and design methods into practice.Experimentation & measurement. Designs and interprets test/control studies with confidence (baselines, sample sizing, and significance testing) and communicates results clearly and transparently.Applied qualitative research. Skilled at interviews and observation, and at turning them into a clear problem statement, segments, and personas.Intervention design. Translates insight and diagnosis into concrete, deployable interventions.Client-facing seniority. Leads partner touchpoints with confidence and can present and defend methodology to leadership; enjoys mentoring and quality-assuring others’ work.Arabic and English fluency and KSA / Gulf market familiarity; cultural nuance is part of the work.
