We are hiring for: • US IT Recruiter • US IT Bench Sales Recruiter • OPT Recruiter This is a great opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals who want to build a career in the US IT staffing industry. What You'll Do • Source and identify candidates for US IT staffing requirements through different recruitment channels. • Screen candidates, understand their skills and experience, and coordinate the recruitment process. • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates, recruiters, vendors, and internal teams. • Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, and status updates. • Maintain accurate candidate information and daily recruitment activity records. What We're Looking For • 0–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment, Bench Sales, Staffing, or related recruitment. • Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in US IT Staffing are welcome. • Good verbal and written English communication skills. • Basic understanding of US IT Recruitment/Staffing is an advantage. • Strong sourcing, follow-up, interpersonal, and coordination skills. • Ability to work independently as well as within a team. • Willingness to learn US IT Staffing processes and recruitment practices. • Comfortable working Night Shift according to the EST Time Zone.
