Requirements and responsibilities

AI/ML Engineer Location: Marathalli, Bangalore (onsite) Experience: 3-5 years Immediate to 15 days - Experience with GenAI, agent building, evaluation, Docker, Strands agents, and Bedrock AgentCore. General AI/LLM Skills - Must have: Prompt engineering. LLM response evaluation, including evaluation framework, metrics, and evaluation methods. - Nice to have: User feedback analysis and solution iteration. Experience with MCP. Context management for LLMs. Agentic AI Skills - Nice to have: AI agents design and methods, including multi-agent collaboration, prompt engineering, and agentic flow optimization. Agentic framework experience, especially Strands. Agentic AI evaluation, including data collection, downstream task performance, traceability, and observability. Agentic framework experience, AgentCore. Expertise in architecture design and techniques to improve system latency and cost efficiency.
