Requirements and responsibilities

Functional QA: Validate business processes across Sales, Customer Service & Case Management; test entities, forms, dashboards, and workflows; create test plans, test cases & UAT documentation; collaborate with business stakeholders.Technical QA: Validate plugins (basic C#), workflows & business rules; API testing using Postman; execute SQL-based data validation; test integrations (IICS, APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus); ensure proper security roles & access controls.Tools & Automation: Selenium / EasyRepro; Azure DevOps / JIRA.Must-Have: Strong Dynamics 365 / CRM testing; hands-on manual, automation & API testing; solid understanding of CRM architecture & integrations; testing across UI, API & database layers.
