Requirements and responsibilities


Primary Responsibilities of the RolePlan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms to drive awareness, leads, and customer acquisition with an emphasis on Google Ads and Meta.Manage and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword management, negative keyword implementation, bid adjustments, and ad copy refreshes.Own day-to-day campaign performance, monitoring key metrics and making data-driven optimizations to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend.Run structured testing and experimentation across messaging, targeting, channels, and creative to improve performance and reduce cost per acquisition.Produce ad copy and basic creative assets to support campaign execution and speed to launch.Partner with internal teammates to test and improve landing page performance through A/B testing and conversion optimization.Analyze campaign data and attribution signals to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.Manage campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on time and operate efficiently.QualificationsA Successful Candidate Will:Drive Results by consistently achieving benchmarks, even under tough circumstances; and persists in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.Be Action Oriented to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.Lead with a Strategic Mindset to anticipate future trends and implications accurately, and translate them into breakthrough strategies.Utilize Business Insight to keep up with current practices and trends in the organization, competition, and in the marketplace.Be Tech Savvy by anticipating and adopting innovations in business-building digital and technology applicationsCollaborate and work cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectivesTechnical QualificationsRequired:3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media or performance marketing campaigns.Strong proficiency with Google Ads and experience managing large campaign structures.Experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta.Proven ability to improve campaign performance through testing, experimentation, and data-driven optimization.Strong copywriting skills for ad creative and campaign messaging.Ability to create basic visual assets using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.Comfort using AI tools to support marketing workflows and campaign optimization.Preferred:Based in the PST or MST time zonesExperienced in testing and optimizing landing pagesComfortable editing videos for Meta adsExperience working in an agencyExperience managing or collaborating with an ad agencyProven track record running paid media for SaaS or e-commerce productsFamiliarity with the church or nonprofit sectorOffice Requirements:We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel sometimes required 1-2 times per year.A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.US-based and legally able to work full time in the US.
