ResponsibilitiesProvide immediate first level support; Whether via phone or remote access including to problem resolution for software/hardware.Routine maintenance of the HW and SW according to agreed plans.Perform minor software and minor hardware repairs.Diagnosing errors, troubleshoot & maintain network connections or any other computer systems.Maintain inventory of all IT equipment.Handle all documentation for hardware and software, maintenance and problem resolutions.Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support or external consultant.Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and softwareMaintain network servers such as file servers, AD, Print server....etcSupport LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.Job RequirementsBC. S in Computer Science or a related disciplineExperience:3-5 Years’ experienceExcellent usage of Google SuiteKnowledge in active directory is a MUSTPerfect English Language is a MUSTKnowledge in networking (VPN, virtualization, and firewall) “Mandatory”Knowledge in switches and routers “Mandatory”Knowledge in servers and storage (Dell, HP, IBM …. etc)Knowledge in VMwareCCNA & MCSE knowledge
