Collectively we have close to 3000 employees.DescriptionWe are actively looking for an EHS Supervisor who will support and guide in Safety, Health and Environmental aspects. Developing, implementing and maintaining EHS programs and policies, ensuring compliance with national regulations as well as stakeholder requirements.QualificationsEnvironmental Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.Fluent in English languageAdvanced Knowleadge in:Management of EHS proceduresGroup management, safety commissions, sustainabilitu committeesImplementation of management systemsTroubleshootingRegulatory knowledgeInternal auditorDecision making in the implementation and management of EHS policiesKnowleage in ISO-9001 and IATF desirableActivitiesCompliance with and monitoring of legal requirements in Safety, Health, and Environment.Coordination and execution of EHS awareness campaigns.Supervision of unsafe acts and conditions, including the closure of findings.Management of EHS indicators and reports.Coordination of emergency response teams, drills, and emergency response.Participation in projects involving new production lines, facilities, and process changes.Administration and control of the EHS-related budget.Verification of compliance with applicable standards (e.g., NOM-002, NOM-019).Follow-up on incidents and accidents, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
