This is an opportunity to help build a scaling startup into an industry-leading growth marketing company.ResponsibilitiesDeliver successful SEO, GEO (AI Visibility) and Reddit marketing programs that meet client goals and KPIs through data-driven strategies and strong executionHelp write the playbook for how we deliver increased visibility on AI platforms like ChatGPT, how we create content on Reddit that influences and engages audiences without coming across as promotion, and how to best leverage website content and authority to impact a brand's overall visibility on the internet across both Google (SEO) and AI platforms (GEO)Develop and execute SEO and content campaigns for our clients:Discover technical SEO issues, such as page speed improvements, site architecture changes, and crawling/indexing issuesPerform weekly analysis with Google Search Console and other tools to track and monitor changesRigorously manage client deliverables and milestonesRecommend and implement A/B tests and similar experimentsDeeply understand the client's goals for their website, then create a strategy to achieve those goalsCommunicate proactively and effectively with clients + internal teamProvide detailed reporting and analysis of campaign performance using web analytics tools, spreadsheets and data integrationsRequirements2+ years of experience delivering revenue growth and business impact through SEOExperience in tech platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and CRM platforms like HubSpotIntermediate to advanced knowledge of AI and ability to improve and automate your workflows using AI platformsYou are a rigorous execution manager with a keen attention to detail, driving results with ownership while keeping key stakeholders accountable.Artful communicator: You have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell stories that persuade others to take actionStrong business acumen- understands the bigger picture of the clients business goals and shapes our organic marketing towards those goals.You have a growth mindset, and enjoy the continuous learning process of growth marketing
