Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities - Edit long-form educational videos recorded on green screen - Add backgrounds, motion graphics, subtitles, b-roll, and visual enhancements - Repurpose long-form video content into short-form vertical videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) - Design static and animated creatives for Facebook and Instagram ads - Create thumbnails and branded visual assets for social media - Adapt content for multiple platforms and formats - Support content organization and publishing workflows - Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all content Requirements - Experience in video editing and graphic design - Experience editing talking-head or green-screen video content - Knowledge of short-form video formats and social media best practices - Knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads creative requirements, including formats and visual best practices - Experience creating content for Facebook and Instagram - Proficiency with video and design tools such as: - Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar - Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva - Ability to manage recurring deliverables and meet deadlines - Ability to work independently in a remote environment
