Requirements and responsibilities

Lead the migration of ETL workflows from SAP BO Data Services (BODS) to Matillion ETL; design, develop, and optimize scalable ELT pipelines for Snowflake; analyze existing SQL Server–based ETL logic and translate it into Matillion components; work closely with data architects and business stakeholders to understand requirements; ensure data quality, performance tuning, and best practices in Snowflake; troubleshoot ETL issues and provide production support during migration; document technical designs, data flows, and transformation logic; collaborate with US-based teams with required daily overlap.
