Rivel is seeking a talented Associate Director, Governance and Sustainability to join our team. As the Associate Director, G&S, you will be responsible for leading and/or supporting our clients by advising them on their governance and sustainability strategy, initiatives, and disclosures. This is a full-time role with the option to work from home if not local to Westport, CT. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities: - Consult and advise clients on governance and sustainability strategy, initiatives, disclosures, and engagements. - Create client presentations, reports, and other deliverables. - Work alongside our designers and writers to consult on, project manage and produce client ESG/sustainability reports. - Research and analyze governance and sustainability regulatory developments, topics, materials, disclosures, and policies. - Collaborate with other Rivel G&S team members on all client initiatives, business growth and innovation, and overall divisional and company-wide objectives. - Work on and lead client deliverables and present to C-suite and Board of Directors. - Contribute to an inclusive, trusting team environment.
