CGX Virtual Solutions is hiring on behalf of a growing service-based company in need of a Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish) with strong sales experience. This is not your average VA gig—we’re looking for someone who knows how to close, follow up with confidence, and move leads down the pipeline. You’ll be the frontline communicator supporting sales, customer service, and content efforts. We’ll train you on the systems, but your sales instincts must already be sharp. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Follow-Up: ● Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, SMS, or email. ● Qualify prospects and collect relevant project information. ● Use persuasive communication and closing strategies to convert leads into scheduled appointments. ● Set appointments and notify the internal team when quotes are ready. ● Cold call property managers and strategic partners to build new relationships and book consultations. Customer Support & Communication: ● Answer inbound calls in both English and Spanish. ● Handle appointment reschedules and general customer inquiries. ● Deliver a warm, professional customer experience at all times. Admin & CRM Support: ● Enter and maintain customer profiles in the CRM (HouseCall Pro). ● Assist in sending estimates and follow-up messages. ● Launch email and SMS campaigns through Go High Level (training provided). Marketing & Social Media: ● Assist with creating and posting content to social platforms. ● Monitor messages and engagement across channels and respond appropriately. Required Qualifications: ● Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). ● Sales experience is a MUST – appointment setting, cold calling, or lead conversion. ● Strong follow-up and organizational skills. ● Comfortable making phone calls and closing deals with confidence. ● Tech-comfortable and ready to learn new systems (training provided). ● Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivated. Preferred (But Not Required): ● Experience with HouseCall Pro and/or Go High Level. ● Familiarity with construction, maintenance, or home services industries. ● Previous work as a remote assistant or virtual sales rep.
